Cybernalia brings in sci fi-clad, costumed crazy, sexy, techy people, artists, musicians, execs, nightclub denizens, students, professors and all kinds of fun-loving bohemians, young and old. Some people start planning their costumes way in advance. A group of us hard core Cybernalians work for months to prepare for this event. We make all kinds of decorations using low and high tech materials and LED lights. We spend many weeks making sets and props for performance and videos. Influenced by B movie themes, we stage fake rituals. We dance to the bands and DJs which keep the energy pumping til dawn.
